For 2019, the legacy Hyundai Santa Fe Sport has been renamed to Hyundai Santa Fe, which means the legacy Hyundai Santa Fe also needed a new name, and it got one: Santa Fe XL. More importantly, we’ve finally gotten word on the 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe XL pricing. According to Hyundai, the new Santa Fe XL seven-passenger SUV will start at $30,850.
That means, despite a new name and new content, there is no price increase for this model from 2018. That $30,850 will get you the base SE FWD model with three rows and an abundance of features. Other trim levels (and their prices) include the Santa Fe XL SE AWD ($32,600), the Santa Fe XL Limited FWD Ultimate ($39,550), and the Santa Fe XL Limited AWD Ultimate ($42,300).
All four Santa Fe XL models will be powered by a 3.3-liter V6 GDI engine paired to a six-speed automatic transmission with SHIFTRONIC®. Standard features include 18-inch alloy wheels, Vehicle Stability Management, a Tire Pressure Monitoring System, Hill-start Assist Control, a power driver seat with 4-way lumbar control, a 7-inch Display Audio with Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay™ compatibility, and dual zone automatic temperature control with CleanAir® Ionizer, among others.
